1. Preamble
We, the participants of the Roomook ecosystem, establish the Roomook DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) to create a fair, transparent, and effective governance system where every RMK token holder has a voice in shaping the platform’s future, strategies, and resource allocation.
2. Purpose of the DAO
Roomook DAO aims to:
• Govern the Roomook Monopoly digital map and NFT economy
• Allocate funds from the DAO Treasury
• Approve or reject feature proposals and strategic changes
• Vote on protocol updates and tokenomics
• Support the community through grants and initiatives
3. DAO Membership
3.1 DAO Members
Any user staking ≥ 10,000 RMK gains full DAO voting rights.
3.2 Delegators
Holders may delegate their RMK to trusted members to vote on their behalf.
3.3 Core Council
A group of 5–9 elected members who:
• Moderate proposals
• Prioritize tasks
• Oversee treasury multisig (initially)
3.4 Contributors
Community members who receive DAO grants or bounties and are accountable to DAO voters.
4. RMK as a Governance Token
• 1 RMK (staked) = 1 vote
• Only staked RMK is eligible for voting
• Tokens under vesting or on CEX cannot vote

5.1 Quorum & Thresholds
• Minimum Quorum: 3% of total staked RMK
• Approval Requirements:
• Simple Majority (51%) — general updates
• Supermajority (66%) — treasury actions, constitutional changes

6. Proposal Framework
6.1 How to Propose
• Must stake ≥ 50,000 RMK
• Submit via official DAO platform

• Responsible parties
7. DAO Treasury
• Holds 10% of RMK supply (100,000,000 tokens)
• Collects revenues from NFT sales, fees, platform activity
• Controlled via multisig until full DAO transition
• Requires DAO voting for any disbursement
• DAO may vote for: Grants, Staking rewards, Buybacks, Protocol funding
8. Core Council
• Term: 6 months
• Requirements: 1M+ staked RMK or 100+ delegates
• Term limit: 2 consecutive terms max
• Duties:
• Screen and organize proposals
• Liaise with Roomook devs
• Oversee DAO operations
9. Delegation & Slashing
• Any member may delegate voting power
• Delegates must disclose their voting stance
• Inactivity or misconduct may lead to DAO-triggered slashing or revocation
10. Transparency & Audit
• All DAO transactions visible on-chain (Solana Explorer)
• DAO smart contracts to be audited
• Monthly auto-generated DAO reports
• Yearly external audit (if approved by DAO)
11. Amendments to Constitution
• Minimum 10% quorum of staked RMK
• 66% supermajority required
• 7-day proposal period before vote
• All revisions logged and published transparently
