Preamble
This Public Token Offer (the “Offer”) constitutes a binding and legally effective Simple Agreement for Future Tokens (SAFT) between:
• Issuer: GIDEX FZCO, a company registered under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, IFZA Free Zone
• Token Buyer: Any person or entity that (i) complies with the eligibility criteria and (ii) transfers funds to the designated account in exchange for RMK tokens under this Offer.

By submitting payment and passing KYC, the buyer agrees to the terms set forth below.

3. Token Delivery and Vesting
• TGE (Token Generation Event): Estimated in Q4 2025
• Lock Period: 12 months from TGE
• Vesting: 12-month linear unlock thereafter
• Wallet Delivery: Tokens will be sent to the buyer’s specified wallet address after successful KYC/AML verification

4. Legal Status and Restrictions
• RMK Tokens are not equity, shares, or financial instruments.
• Tokens do not entitle holders to dividends, voting rights in GIDEX FZCO, or claims on profits.
• Purchasers acknowledge that RMK is intended for utility within the Roomook ecosystem only.

This Offer is not open to citizens or residents of restricted countries including (but not limited to): the United States, Canada, North Korea, Iran, Syria, or jurisdictions prohibited by UAE law or FATF guidelines.

5. Risk Disclosure
Investors acknowledge and agree that:
• Token values are volatile and may decline to zero
• Regulatory frameworks may evolve and impact token use
• There is no guaranteed listing or liquidity
• Roomook is an early-stage ecosystem with associated business risks

6. Binding Nature of Offer
This public offer is deemed accepted by any person who:
• Transfers funds to the official account of GIDEX FZCO
• Passes KYC/AML procedures
• Provides a valid wallet address for token delivery
• Receives a confirmation email from GIDEX FZCO

No additional signature is required. This Offer functions as a self-executing agreement under commercial law.
