KYC Guidelines for RMK Token Private Sale
To participate in the RMK Private Sale, all investors are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This is to ensure compliance with AML/CTF regulations and Roomook’s internal policies.

Required Documents:
For Individuals:
• Government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driver’s license)
• Proof of residence (utility bill or bank statement, dated within 3 months)
• Selfie with ID and note: “Roomook RMK Private Sale – [Date]”

For Corporations:
• Certificate of Incorporation
• Company Extract / Trade License
• Shareholder Structure
• Board Resolution authorizing investment
• Passport and KYC of UBOs (25%+)

Eligibility:
Not eligible if you are a citizen or resident of:
USA, Canada, China, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or any FATF blacklisted jurisdiction.

Submission Process:
1. Complete KYC form via https://crypto.roomook.com/kyc
2. Upload documents in PDF/JPEG format
3. Review typically takes 24–72 hours
4. You will receive confirmation or a request for additional info
