DAO Constitution
Participants in the Roomook ecosystem are creating the Roomook DAO to form a fair, transparent and efficient governance system where every RMK token holder has the ability to influence the future of the platform, strategies and resource allocation.
The purpose of the Roomook DAO is to
Manage the Roomook Monopoly digital card and the NFT economy
Distribute funds from the DAO treasury
Approve or reject proposals for functions and strategic changes
Vote in favor of protocol updates and tokenomics
Support the community through grants and initiatives
DAO Membership

Any user who bids ≥ RMK 10,000 gets full voting rights in the DAO.
DAO members

A group of 5-9 elected members who evaluate proposals, prioritize tasks, oversee the treasury multisigma (initially).

DAO may vote in favor of: Grants, Steakage Fees, Redemption, Protocol Funding
Roomook combines Web2 and Web3
1M+ RMK bets or 100+ delegates
Requirements
Time limit

Term of office
Responsibilities

Any member may delegate the right to vote
Delegates should disclose their voting position
Failure to act or misconduct may result in the DAO being disenfranchised or revoked
Delegation and downsizing
Annual external audit (if approved by DAO)
Monthly automatically generated DAO reports
DAO smart contracts are subject to audit
All DAO transactions are visible on the chain (Solana Explorer)
Transparency and audit
All changes are recorded and published transparently
7-day period for submitting proposals before voting
A 66% majority is required
Minimum quorum 10% of the total number of RMK members

Roomook DAO is a living governance structure owned, shaped and modernized by its community.
